Director, Corporate Finance, Financial Closing and Reporting

? Lead the Corporate Finance team through month / quarter / annual financial closing and reporting.
? Responsible for consolidating preliminary results and sharing with Financial Leadership team.
? Establish and communicate the annual calendar for month / quarter / annual reporting.
? Partner with the Beigene TM1/System team to manage systems throughout the month closing activities.
? Present results to the Finance Leadership Team, with high-quality variance analysis.
? Consolidate final presentations with clear storytelling.
? Oversee the consolidation of Revenue, COGS, OPEX, and cash flow.
? Manage a small team in the Corporate Finance team.
Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required. ? MBA is desirable ? 10+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis. ? Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry / biotech is required. ? Corporate Finance experience is preferred. ? Advanced user of TM1, Excel, PowerPoint, and Think Cell. ? People management experience is required. ? Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). ? Ability to deal with strategic topics while also having a hands-on approach.
