Technical Customer Success Representative
We are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Success Representative with development experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels at building relationships, ensuring customer success, and troubleshooting technical issues, including front-end development challenges.
Location: Must reside in Texas
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 DOE
What You?ll Do
? Build strong relationships with assigned customer accounts
? Develop proactive strategies to maximize customer success and platform adoption
? Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on company tools, APIs, and integrations
? Assist customers with troubleshooting and development best practices
? Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve product adoption
? Drive revenue through retention, renewals, and upselling opportunities
What You?ll Need To Succeed
? 3+ years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success or Account Management preferred)
? Hands-on experience with development and troubleshooting web applications
? Strong understanding of APIs, front-end frameworks, and web technologies
? Ability to clearly communicate the value of technical solutions to customers
? Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities independently
