Responsibilities
? Onsite HR Support for clients in New England (NH, ME, MA, VT)

? Processing payroll and ensuring payroll compliance

? Assisting with employee benefits administration
,
? Implementing new Payroll/Benefits/HRIS systems
,
? Handling HR-related tasks for remote clients
,
? Reviewing and updating Employee Handbooks
,
? Managing FMLA and Leaves of Absences
,
? Creating HR Policies and Performance Appraisals
,
? Assisting with Employee Relations issues
Requirements
? Minimum 3 years of HR experience

? Payroll Processing experience (required)

? Benefits Administration experience (required)

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

? Strong research skills

? Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
