Required Skills
? A minimum of 2 years of comprehensive loan origination experience, ideally within a call center setting.
? Extensive understanding of both conventional and government loan programs, encompassing purchase and refinance options.
? Valid Texas DBO and NMLS licenses.
? Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation capabilities.
? Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.
