Care.com is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Finance to lead the financial management of the Consumer business, Care Core. This role involves overseeing all areas of revenue and financial performance, serving as a key finance partner to the General Manager of Consumer, and managing a team of 4-5 direct reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or consulting, and will play a critical role in driving financial insights and decision-making in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
? Oversee all financial aspects of the Care Core Consumer business, focusing on revenue performance, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

? Manage and mentor a team of 4-5 direct reports, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support.

? Serve as a primary finance partner to the GM of Consumer, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and profitability.

? Provide detailed financial analysis to drive key business decisions, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

? Oversee pricing, product profitability, and revenue forecasting for the Consumer business, identifying areas for optimization and growth.

? Lead the annual budgeting process and provide accurate forecasts, monitoring performance against financial targets.

Requirements
? Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate finance, with a strong foundation in investment banking, private equity, or consulting.

? Demonstrated success in overseeing financial operations for a consumer-driven business or similar function.

? Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.

? Exceptional financial analysis, modeling, and reporting skills.
