Job Description

Position: Credentialing Specialist (Voice) ? US Medical Billing

Compensation: Depends on Experience & Qualification

Job Type: Full Time, 8 hour shift with overlapping time with PST (California Time zone)

Location: Chennai, TN (Work from Office)

Start Date: ASAP

Experience: 4 years +

Industry: Healthcare - Health Services

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
? Maintaining relationships with key directors and managers at IPAs and medical groups.
? Acquiring new insurance contracts for physician/medical group clients.
? Renegotiating contract rates for physician/medical group clients.
? Familiar with contracting terms and definitions..i.e. LOA?s. MOU?s, LOI?s
? Knowledge of CPT codes and ICD 9
? Possess superior organizational skills
? Previous experience working with contract regulations for managed care.
? Excellent Customer Service experience dealing with Provider Relations departments.
? Voice experience is MUST with very good communication skills.

Qualifications
? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
? 2 years of experience in Insurance Contracting & Credentialing (Voice required)
? Experience with obtaining insurance/IPA contracts. (required)
? 2 years of experience with US based Health plans/IPA's (required)
