? Reporting to the CEO, the Investment Banking/Private Equity Career Specialist's priorities will be to support Greenwood Project scholars toward career pathways into investment banking and private equity.
? Additionally, the Investment Banking/Private Equity Career Specialist will support the design and development of effective systems to prepare students for internships in the finance industry.

Requirements: ? Completed bachelor?s degree or equivalent. Master?s Degree preferred. ? Minimum 2 years of experience within the Financial Services industry, specifically in Investment Banking or Private Equity. ? Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and think critically about the intersections between identity and job performance. ? Ability to design feedback loops and protocols related to improving job performance. ? Ability to work cross-functionally and on a team to align programs or products to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision-making. ? Ability to design systems to track and monitor data; strong Excel skills preferred. ? Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written, and the ability to tailor presentations to a variety of audiences. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. ? Ability to occasionally travel to program and partner events or attend some evening or weekend events. ? Desire to operate in a start-up environment. ? Strong ethics and integrity, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional conduct.
