Associate Customer Success Manager (English & French)

We're looking for a dynamic, bilingual Associate Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us drive customer success in both English and French markets. As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you'll be an integral part of our customer success team, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and ensure they are getting the most out of our products and services. We're looking for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships, has excellent communication skills, and is able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Act as a primary point of contact for English and French-speaking clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
Understand client needs and goals to develop and implement customized solutions using DocuSign products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and retention of clients.
Proactively identify and address potential issues and provide timely resolutions to maintain client satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze client usage data to identify trends and provide insights to improve product adoption and usage.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to provide product updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
Assist with training and educating clients on new product features and best practices.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide recommendations for product and service enhancements.
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Act as a brand ambassador for DocuSign and promote our products and services to potential clients.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Provide input and feedback to improve internal processes and procedures.
Stay organized and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
Act as a mentor and resource for other team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
