Responsibilities
? Engage potential clients through effective negotiation and sales techniques to close deals for online fitness coaching services.
? Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
? Conduct product demonstrations and manage follow-ups with leads.
? Utilize CRM tools like Monday.com and Google Sheets for tracking sales activities and managing accounts.
? Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for business development and outreach.
? Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve sales strategies.

Qualifications
? Proven negotiation and customer service skills
? Strong passion or knowledge for fitness (the ideal candidate possess a fitness certification)
? Strong sales experience, particularly in online or remote environments
? Familiarity with outside sales and business development strategies
? Experience in account management and B2C sales
? Proficient in using Monday.com and Google Sheets
? Ability to overcome potential objections
? Analytical skills to assess sales performance and market trends

Position Overview:

Part Time OR Full-Time, Work Remotely: Based in the PST time zone.
