We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
? Deliver individual counseling and therapy services via secure video sessions on a telehealth platform.
? Develop and execute personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments.
? Employ evidence-based methods to address various mental health issues.
? Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence to professional standards and guidelines.
? Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to clients.
? Establish and nurture a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients, grounded in empathy and transparent communication.
? Educate clients regarding mental health challenges, coping mechanisms, and self-care strategies.
? Motivate clients to actively engage in their mental health journey and support them in attaining their treatment objectives.
Required Skills
? A current, unrestricted LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent license in Florida.
? Independent licensure, along with any additional credentials or certifications required at the time of employment.
? A minimum of two years of clinical experience in delivering therapy services.
? Continuous CEU maintenance to uphold licensing and credentials.
? An active NPI number; a Medicare number is preferred.
? Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
? Ability to work remotely while effectively managing a flexible schedule.
? Strong technical aptitude, particularly with telehealth tools, and a commitment to enhancing client care.
? Reliable internet connection, a computer equipped with a webcam and microphone, and a private space for virtual sessions.
? Excellent interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and clarity in written communication.
? A friendly disposition, responsiveness, and a willingness to engage in collaborative teamwork.
Qualifications
? At least two years of relevant clinical experience providing therapy services.
? Compliance with eligibility criteria to participate in federally funded healthcare programs as mandated by the Office of Inspector General (OIG).
