Real Estate Wholesale Acquisition Closer (Land Deals)

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Wholesale Acquisition Closer at EquityHorizon Ventures. The Real Estate Wholesale Acquisition Closer will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and negotiating the purchase of residential properties from "Motivated Seller" leads to directly expand the company's real estate portfolio across the United States. This role will own the entire end-to-end lead acquisition process to convert hundreds of Seller Leads from a variety of INBOUND channels (Direct Mail, etc) into customers at an efficient target rate.

Candidate MUST have proven CLOSING Sales experience. We will generate the leads. You must have the sales skills to close.

This role will be responsible to proactively communicate in timely manner with new leads through various channels and managing integrated CRM software (Freedomsoft) such as text, phone calls, voice mails & emails. This includes working in the evenings, or over weekends. This role will be actively researching property market comparables for ARV's (Average Retail/Repair Values), formulating and confidently making offers across deal strategies such as: fix/flip, wholesale cash offers, creative sub-to financing deals, or Novation deals.

You must be down-to-earth, have a working laptop or computer, cell phone, and great internet connection. You need to hard working and have a desire to be successful in real estate acquisitions. This position does not need to be located in the United States, but willing to work across the Pacific to Eastern Standard Times.

This role will directly report to the Founder/CEO and upon crushing or surpassing goals, will have the potential to evolve into a Director level Acquisition Manger, eventually hiring and overseeing an acquisition team, directly contributing to the EquityHorizion's market expansion in the United States over the next 12 months, and beyond.

Qualifications
? Strong, clear (fluent) English is a must. Native accent required..
? Proven track record in CLOSING deals is REQUIRED, negotiating real estate deals, including terms and conditions highly desired.
? Minimum of 1 year experience in Real Estate in a Wholesaling sales or specialist function, and/or a lead generation/conversion, transaction coordination or closing/sales role.
? Proven history negotiating, with expectation to convert a minimum of 10-20 deal/transactions per month.
? Experience with Real Estate Market Analysis software, Property Valuation, Due Diligence, and Closing
? Excellent knowledge of Real Estate Laws, Regulations, and Best Practices is a plus
? Strong oral/written interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
? Self-starter and results-oriented mindset
? Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
? Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.

Compensation

Monthly base salary $1k USD (commission draw) + 10-12% commission.

Salary potential is wide ranging, depending on # of deals closed per month.

NO cap on income potential!!
