Key Responsibilities: ? Close High-Ticket Sales: You will engage with prospective clients who have shown interest in our programs and turn them into clients through skilled, consultative selling. ? Consultative Approach: Understand the unique needs of each lead, align our coaching solutions with their goals, and help them see the value in investing in their personal growth. ? Follow-Up & Persistence: Stay on top of prospects, maintain ongoing communication, and follow through until the deal is closed. ? Meet & Exceed Sales Targets: This isn?t a role for anyone who?s satisfied with just ?getting by.? You?ll be expected to hit or exceed ambitious monthly sales targets.

Requirements: ? Minimum 2 years of experience in high-ticket sales closing ? Strong communication, persuasion, and consultative sales skills ? A proven track record in commission-based roles ? Reliable internet and a home office setup ? Ability to work U.S. hours and stay motivated remotely
