The Medicare Sales Field Agent position at Humana involves engaging with the Medicare population to sell individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries about available services. This role requires building community relationships, driving self-generated sales, and meeting sales goals while working independently in a field setting. Agents will interact with customers through face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic means, participating in community events and marketing efforts.

Requirements
? Ability to have daily face-to-face interactions with prospective members in the field.

? Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain prior to the start date.

? Experience with technology, including high-level use of laptops and mobile applications, and understanding of CRM tools.

? Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Outlook.

? Clear and valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance.
Nice-to-haves
? Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance license.

? Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

? Prior experience with TEAMS and PowerPoint.

? Experience engaging with the community through service and volunteerism.

? Experience selling Medicare products.
