As a Senior Client Manager at Cigna Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in growing membership within existing accounts while directly managing business relationships with client accounts. This position is essential for ensuring that the systems and processes are effectively in place to meet the needs of both internal and external clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and policies that relate to account management, ensuring that the organization meets its goals and objectives. Additionally, you may provide guidance or expertise to less experienced account managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing Client Management team. Your overall account management responsibility will encompass CIGNA HealthCare assigned customers, where you will be accountable for persistency results, membership and revenue growth, and the cultivation of strong relationships with customers and producers/brokers. Your input will be crucial in positively impacting financial results, and you will ensure exceptional service and growth through the development of a high-performing Client Management team. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as strong sales negotiation abilities, to effectively manage and grow the client base. In this hybrid role, you may be required to travel occasionally, and if you work from home, you must have a reliable internet connection with specific speed requirements. This position is also anticipated to be eligible for an incentive compensation plan, reflecting the importance of your contributions to the company's success.

Requirements
? College Degree or equivalent related experience.
