Risk Adjustment Auditor (Part Time and Full Time)

Full time Risk Adjustment QA Auditors need for year-round (not seasonal) large project!

Responsibilities:? ? Audit/validate ICD-10-CM risk adjustment codes as applicable.? ? Provide audit-based feedback to ensure quality standards are maintained.?? ? Provide education to coders for quality enhancement where applicable.? ? Meet or exceed quality and production standards as required.? ? Full Time Schedule required (40 hours/week)? No part time opportunities available at this time.

Requirements:? ? Minimum of 5 years in risk adjustment coding/auditing.? ? Minimum 3 years of QA/Auditing Educator experience to include creation and delivery of education for skill advancement of coders/auditors.? ? Experience with multiple risk models (CMS, ACA, etc.) required.??? ? CPC and CRC required; additional certifications preferred. Unable to consider candidates with Apprentice credentials.?? ? Ability to shift between guidelines per project needs.?? ? Experience with Excel, EMRs, and Encoders.? ? Computer skills proficiency ? MS Windows, MS Office (including Excel), Teams, Internet, etc.? ? High Speed Internet access.? ? Applicants must be authorized to work in the US.
