Chelsea Groton is seeking to hire two motivated and dynamic individuals for the role of Senior Digital Banking Operations Representative within our Digital Banking Department. This position is pivotal in assisting our customers through various channels including phone, video, and in-person interactions at business locations. In this role, you will manage daily debit card processing, which includes handling transactions, disputes, issuance, and transaction inquiries. You will also assist in the management of Card Services with the aim of maximizing interchange, increasing card usage, and mitigating fraud. Providing daily support to all internal and external customers in a professional, effective, and timely manner is a key expectation of this position. Additionally, you will perform various processing activities associated with digital banking services, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks. The role also involves assisting with the development, implementation, and testing of new Digital Banking services, as well as enhancing existing accounts and services. You will conduct comprehensive discovery and testing, prepare detailed reports of your findings, and effectively communicate these to the appropriate parties. Responsibilities
? Manages daily debit card processing, including transactions, disputes, issuance, and transaction inquiries.
