? Negotiate Deals: Build rapport with sellers, present offers, and negotiate favorable terms to get them under contract.
? Contract Management: Prepare, send, and follow up on contracts, ensuring they are signed and finalized quickly.
? Closing Process (Seller Side): Work closely with title companies to ensure smooth communication and completion of all seller-side tasks.

What We?re Looking For:
? Experience Required: You must have a successful track record in wholesale real estate acquisitions.
? Independence: You thrive without micromanagement and can take full responsibility for your tasks.
? Tools or Systems:
? You can provide and use your own power dialer (e.g., Batch Dialer), if preferred, OR
? Manage cold calling and seller outreach without a dialer, as long as you maintain lead flow and results.
? Real Estate Expertise: Strong knowledge of real estate contracts and working with title companies.
? Negotiation Skills: Confidence and expertise in securing contracts with sellers.
