Qualifications/Requirements: ? Active Texas General Lines/Property and Casualty License - Required! ? Minimum 2 years proven Sales experience - Required! ? Bilingual - Spanish & English fluently - Required! ? Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently ? Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup ? Willingness to learn new programs and processes

Key Responsibilities: ? This is a sales-drive position! You MUST be passionate about selling and ready to embrace a "sell, sell, sell" mindset every day! ? Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to policy issuance, while providing exception service. ? Conduct high levels of activity including phone calls, texts, and emails ? Complete new business onboarding and identify cross-selling opportunities ? Identify new business opportunities via telephone, referrals, and various lead sources

Pay: $41,600.00 - $120,000.00 per year
