Our receivables exclusively relate to med-legal QME and AME work, not treatment. We are seeking a top-notch litigator and experienced Attorney with a focus on Workers Compensation. If you're ready to hit the ground running and join a dynamic team, this is the opportunity for you.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation.
Qualifications of the Workers' Compensation Attorney:
? 10+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation law (preferred).
? Must be licensed to practice law in California.
? Draft legal documents including petitions, motions, and discovery requests.
? Attend hearings and depositions before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) and other relevant forums.
? Knowledge of WCAB court rules and procedures.
? Work productively without needing to be micromanaged.
? Prior experience in representing clients before the California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of California is a plus.
