Onboarding Consultant | Keller Executive Search | Remote US
Posted 2025-03-14For a leading recruitment client, we are seeking a onboarding Consultant to join an onboarding team on a part time basis. This consultative role focuses on engaging with potential clients through pre-scheduled, inbound calls to understand their unique recruitment needs and guide them through the initial stages of our specialized recruitment services.
Note: These are inbound video meetings that are set for you. There is no cold calling or outbound sales required. This is not a sales role.
Key Responsibilities
? Conduct 1-3 consultative meetings daily with potential clients inquiring about recruitment services
? Engage in high-level, strategic conversations to understand clients? business objectives and recruitment challenges
? Utilize expert questioning techniques to uncover underlying hiring needs and priorities
? Follow a structured yet flexible approach to qualify each enquiry effectively
? Provide initial insights and recommendations based on gathered information
? Articulate the value proposition of the recruitment services in a compelling manner
? Seamlessly transition qualified opportunities to internal recruitment specialists
? Maintain a highly professional demeanor throughout all client interactions
Requirements
? Proven background in consulting or the recruitment industry
? Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage in executive-level conversations
? Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
? Capacity to quickly grasp complex business needs and translate them into recruitment requirements
? Highly professional demeanor and polished presentation skills
? Ability to build instant rapport and credibility with potential clients
? Flexibility to work within US business hours
