Job Description:

Vurke is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HR Sales Consultant with expertise in Payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), HR outsourcing, and global workforce solutions. This commission-based role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the HR & Payroll industry, targeting businesses that require HR compliance, payroll management, and global hiring solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong HR background, preferably as an HR professional, Payroll Specialist, or EOR expert who is now looking to leverage their industry knowledge in a sales-driven role.

Key Responsibilities:

? Consultative Sales Approach: Understand client HR challenges and offer tailored solutions related to Payroll Outsourcing, EOR, Compliance, HR Technology, and Global Workforce Expansion.

? Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify, approach, and secure new clients needing HR, Payroll, and EOR services through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.

? Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive ongoing HR solutions and compliance support.

? Negotiation & Deal Closing: Handle contract negotiations, pricing structures, and service agreements to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

? Industry Research: Stay up to date with HR laws, payroll regulations, compliance requirements, and EOR trends to educate clients and build credibility.

? Collaboration with HR & Sales Teams: Work closely with HR, legal, and payroll teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.

? Performance Reporting: Maintain CRM records, track sales pipelines, and report progress to the management team.

Requirements:

? HR Expertise: Background in HR, Payroll, EOR, or HR outsourcing (previous experience as an HR Manager, Payroll Specialist, HR Consultant, or HR Generalist is preferred).

? Sales Acumen: Willingness to leverage HR knowledge into a sales role, with consultative selling experience being a plus.

? Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage HR leaders, decision-makers, and business owners to offer strategic HR solutions.

? Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and drive revenue through HR solutions.

? Industry Knowledge: Understanding of global payroll, remote work laws, HR compliance, tax regulations, and employment contracts.

? Networking & Business Development Skills: Ability to connect with HR decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and industry events.

? Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with HR software, payroll platforms, or CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
