Responsibilities
? Provide quotes and sell insurance policies across multiple lines and carriers.

? Deliver outstanding client service and create positive relationships with prospective clients.

? Use various systems to track, gather information, and answer customer inquiries.

? Identify customer needs and meet those needs using sales tools and techniques.

? Collaborate with team members to support energy, morale, and production.

? Develop expertise in property and casualty insurance across all product lines, including ancillary policies.

? Meet key performance indicators related to sales, productivity, and quality requirements.

Requirements
? High School Diploma or GED.
,
? Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license within 3 testing attempts.
,
? Proven success of adequate/accurate typing speed while talking with a customer.
,
? Working knowledge of auto policies, underwriting, and billing guidelines.
,
? Strong, professional phone etiquette.
,
? Proficiency with sales systems.
,
? Must have passion, high level of initiative, autonomy, and be self-motivated.

Nice-to-haves
? Property & Casualty License preferred but not required in certain states.

? Experience in sales or customer service roles.

? $700 licensing bonus for obtaining Property & Casualty and/or general lines licensure.
