Role Summary
This position is aligned to the Analytic Data Business Support team with in the Data & Analytics Engineering Organization.
Responsibilities include researching and triaging issues and requests for US Commercial data sourced from various databases and warehouses.
Work as a team member to review issues impacting the supported data platforms and warehouses.
Review service and project requests to appropriately identify the business impact and priority.
Route work requests to appropriate fulfillment channels.
Operate as an individual contributor responsible for servicing multiple applications owned and maintained by DAE Enterprise Reporting.
Act as a liaison for IT Production Support and Delivery for activities such as root cause analysis, issue resolution and prioritization of system enhancements.
Communicate release and issue information to applicable users.
Identify and take ownership of issues with the ability to engage appropriate partners in order to drive to resolution.
Enforce Service Level Agreements (SLA?s) through effective partnering with upstream data sources to ensure timely and accurate reporting for internal users and customer delivery.
Enable type Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) by working with stakeholders to identify & define the service level indicators (SLI) and objectives (SLO)
Work closely with engineering teams on monitoring and performance management tools initiatives to improve system reliability and performance.

Exposure to standard software development practices including agile, deployment pipelines, continuous integrations and continuous delivery
Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvements
Ideal Candidates Will Offer:
Bachelor?s degree or higher and 5-7 years? experience in related healthcare analytics; or any combination of education and experience
Knowledge of U.S. Commercial Healthcare Terminology, Concepts, Data
Hands on experience with strong database querying skills utilizing SQL Server, TOAD, HUE, SAS (EG) or Teradata required.
Hands on experiences in some AWS technologies like ? Cloud Watch, Step Functions, Lambda, Glue, EC2, Redshift, DynamoDB, SQS, ECS/EKS, Elastic Search, SnowFlake, Elastic Cache, databricks, TeraForm to name a few.
Experience working in HDFS, Apache Spark or Big Data platforms is a plus
Experience with build and deployment pipeline technologies like Jenkins, Cloudbees, Terraform, Urban Code Deploy, Ansible, Maven, GitHub is a plus
Experience working with relational databases or HDFS or cloud storage is a plus
Knowledge of Data Management and Data Quality is a plus
Experience working in a fast-paced, multiple-faceted team
Proven track record of working closely with end users, business partners, and IT
Exposure to standard software development practices including agile, deployment pipelines, continuous integrations and continuous delivery
Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvements
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $89,800 - $149,600, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
