I need someone who can help manage the financial health of my business while also assisting with growth strategies and financial planning for potential expansion.
Responsibilities:
? Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and track expenses.
? Payroll Management: Process payroll, ensure compliance, and manage employee tax obligations.
? Tax Preparation: Handle tax filings and ensure we stay compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
? Financial Planning & Strategy: Provide insights on budgeting, cash flow management, and business growth opportunities.
? Expense & Profit Analysis: Identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
? Ongoing Financial Oversight: Keep a strong pulse on the business, proactively advising on financial decisions.
What I?m Looking For:
?? Extensive experience in small business accounting, preferably in the food or franchise industry.
?? Someone proactive and willing to take ownership of my business?s financial well-being.
?? Strong communication skills?keeping me informed and providing strategic advice.
