Responsibilities
? Handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing top-tier customer service efficiently.

? Initiate Zendesk tickets for the IT department and ensure accurate case creation and notation for restoration cases.

? Identify next steps required for subscribers through active listening and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
? Local to Arizona with the ability to commute to the office regularly.

? Minimum one year of call center experience.

? High School Diploma or GED.

? Availability to work a scheduled shift consistently.
