We are in search of empathetic and skilled licensed clinical mental health counselors to become part of our remote telehealth team. This role is dedicated to delivering high-quality therapy services to individuals experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and depression. Key Responsibilities
? Operate as an independent contractor, providing therapeutic services during hours you select (fee-for-service).
? Deliver counseling and psychotherapy, which may include weekly or bi-weekly treatment sessions, behavior modification, and effective collaboration with case management teams.
? Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy.
? Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment strategies based on client feedback and outcomes, employing data-driven methodologies.
? Customize therapeutic techniques to align with each client's individual needs and preferences, adapting your approach as necessary throughout the sessions.
Required Skills
? Proficient diagnostic and clinical capabilities, with experience in evidence-based therapeutic practices.
? Strong capacity to work autonomously and apply clinical judgment in delivering high-quality care.
? Comfort with electronic medical records (EMR) and telehealth technologies.
? Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach when interacting with clients.
? Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
? Authorized to work in the U.S. and possess no history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.
? Access to a private workspace suitable for telehealth sessions.
Qualifications
? Active license (LCSW-A, MFT, LMHC-A, or equivalent) with a minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience.
? Must be a resident of North Carolina.
