We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Outpatient Counselor (LCAS/A, LCSW/A, LCMHC/A) to join our esteemed Clinical Outpatient Services Program. Key Responsibilities
? Deliver individual, family, and group therapy, along with community support and clinical evaluations.
? Maintain comprehensive client records, including treatment plans, assessments, and service notes.
? Ensure timely documentation for MCO funding, Medicaid, and other third-party billing authorizations.
? Identify and provide tailored support resources to meet client needs.
? Engage in clinical supervision and collaborative team meetings.
? Occasionally offer services for the Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP) as required.
? Participate in crisis phone rotations approximately 1 to 2 times per year.
Required Skills
? Clinical experience with individuals, families, or groups facing mental health or substance use disorders.
? Understanding of dual diagnoses, substance dependency, and DSM-V criteria.
? Familiarity with the 12 Core Functions of substance abuse counseling.
? Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
? Spanish-speaking ability is advantageous but not a requisite.
Qualifications
? Master's degree in a Human Services field.
? Fully or provisionally licensed for clinical practice (e.g., LCSW, LCAS, LCMHC); full LCSW licensure is highly preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
? Starting Pay: $26.00+ per hour, commensurate with credentials.
? Flexible Work Schedule: Options for 5, 8-hour shifts or 4, 10-hour shifts; expectation to bill a minimum of 25 clinical service hours weekly.
? Hybrid and fully remote options available.
? Health Insurance: Coverage begins the first of the month after 30 days of employment with a choice between standard and HSA plans.
? Paid Time Off: 10 paid holidays and accruing PTO at 10 hours per month.
? 401(k) Plan: Eligibility after 6 months with a 4% employer match.
