- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the chart abstraction process for various national registries, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage data submission and validation for registry participation, adhering to specific timelines
- Analyze performance metrics and outcomes data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with clinical teams to interpret registry data and develop quality improvement action plans
- Prepare and present detailed reports summarizing registry data and performance outcomes to leadership
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Health Policy, Public Health, or related field preferred
- Certification in relevant national registries or ability to obtain and maintain certification
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare quality measurement, analytics, and chart abstraction
- 3+ years of project management or improvement experience
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Clinical licensure (RN, NP, PA) preferred
- Proficient with Epic Workbench Reporting and navigating Epic for chart review
- Experience with Snowflake, SQL, or other analysis languages
- Practical problem-solving abilities and coaching skills for complex quality measures
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation
