Responsibilities
? Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team

? Develop impactful strategies to exceed regional sales goals

? Establish and maintain powerful connections with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and customers in your region

? Lead your team to hit ambitious sales quotas, while using tracking systems to monitor progress, forecast growth, and celebrate success

? Partner with Clinical Training to boost product knowledge

? Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier talent

? Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals

? Travel up to 70% to support your team and represent Phonak
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree (Master's or Doctorate in Audiology a plus)

? 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with 2+ years in sales management
,
? A proven track record of leading successful teams
,
? Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
,
? Proven track record of achieving growth targets
