Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will have the chance to inspire and empower families alongside international Au Pairs, all while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely and embracing a rewarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
? Support families and Au Pairs throughout the matching process.
? Educate Host Families and Au Pairs about program regulations and expectations.
? Conduct in-home interviews and orientations for new families and Au Pairs.
? Provide regular monthly check-ins through phone and face-to-face meetings.
? Organize local cultural events for Au Pairs.
? Collaborate with the headquarters team to ensure program success.
? Assist in conflict resolution and support families and Au Pairs during challenges.
? Engage in community outreach to expand the program?s presence in your area.
Required Skills
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
? A genuine enthusiasm for cultural exchange and childcare.
? Access to a home computer/laptop, internet, and a reliable vehicle.
Qualifications
? Access to a tablet/iPad for in-home visits (preferred).
? Experience in counseling, conflict resolution, or marketing (preferred).
? Interest in community engagement and program growth (preferred).

Compensation And Benefits
? Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
? Schedule: Part-time (approximately 1.4 hours per week, with potential for growth)
? Compensation: Performance-based starting at up to (4,500/year for a small caseload, with potential growth up to )9,300/year as you expand your network.
