Commission Structure:

Original MSJ: 100-137.5 Bps

MSJ Pro: 175-200 Bps

Branch Original: 225 Bps

Responsibilities: ? Advise borrowers on financial status and payment options. ? Guide clients through the loan application and approval process. ? Prepare and file loan applications with supporting documents. ? Address client concerns professionally and resolve complaints.

Qualifications: ? Must Have: NMLS license and State Mortgage Loan Officer license. ? Fresh candidates are welcome to apply?we provide training to help you succeed. ? Prior experience in finance, banking, or related fields is a plus. ? Familiarity with direct/indirect lending products and practices. ? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. ? Proficiency in credit analysis, financial sales, and loan processing.
