Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing multiple development projects, development groups, and/or business processes support functions for a major business segment; overseeing multiple technical and/or business processes and analysis projects which include development, installation, and maintenance of business rules; communicating and endorsing strict adherence to development and quality standards and monitoring adherence on an on-going basis; directing, motivating, and developing technical staff, maximizing individual contribution, professional growth, and ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team; leading technical analysis of organizational needs for development and implementation of Enterprise processes; and interfacing with clients to ensure business rules are developed which meet their business needs and specifications.

Job Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in computer science. ? 8 years of experience in business analysis. ? Project management, structured design, and financial systems experience. ? Knowledge of SQL, ASP, JAVA, HTML, Relational Database, FrontPage, and Visio. ? PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, Access, Project Management, and PowerPoint. ? Verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Job Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Math, Economics, or Finance ? Value Based Care Operations and Implementation experience ? Knowledge of Health Care Legislation-Medicare and Medicaid. ? Financial Aptitude. ? Knowledge of government reporting and analytics; ? Ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple workstreams. ? Ability to build rapport and effectively partner with Actuarial, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Network etc. ? Knowledge of data/information management principles and strategies, or experience with strategic consulting with an information focus. ? Value Base Care network and provider experience a plus.
