Requirements
? High school degree or equivalent related experience required.

? One year plus of customer service experience and proficiency in PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

? One year plus of customer service experience in healthcare, including typing and scheduling application experience (EHR/EMR).

? Ability to convey information to customers in a warm, clear, and concise manner.
