Collins Aerospace is actively seeking an Integrated Program Planning & Control (IPP&C) Manager EV Cost Analyst. This position contributes to a team of intermediate to experienced Financial Planning and Analysis professionals, meeting objectives and working with team members on financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts. Responsible for preparation of forecasts and performance of financial modeling to develop recommendations for management.

Primary Responsibilities:

Ensure the proper implementation of EVMS through the use of standardized processes, tools, reports out on-going compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits (e.g. DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Process)

Ensure program margin positions are current, accurate, and consistent with program status

Cost capture focal; provide actual spend data weekly

Establishes / maintains program cost baseline

Measures performance against baseline

Incorporate regular status and ETC updates based on inputs from CAMs.

Lead program teams through month end process

Data reconciliation with accounting system and project cost and schedule

Provide monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasting

Collaborate with financial planning, pricing, and contract peers to status government funded projects.

Generate & present quarterly financial and earned value performance data to Mission Systems leadership

Ensure compliance to Mission Systems EV System Description

Liaison with government and internal EV auditors

Support Program Reviews

Participate in the development of proposals

Assist, as needed, other Program Earned Value Analysts with regularly scheduled and unscheduled tasks

10% Travel

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor?s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR

Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience OR

In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office

Experience with SAP

Experience with Earned Value Cost Engines/Software

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Working knowledge of MS Project

Program controls and EVMS background

Good analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills

Understanding of corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Understanding of Continuous Improvement concepts

Strong oral and written communication skills

Capability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
