CareFirst runs a year-round internship program. The ideal candidate is someone who can work throughout the year - at least 15-20 hours in the Fall and Spring AND full time in the Summer.

The intern is an integral member of the Strategy and Planning Team. This position may include the following duties: Analyze survey data using Excel or SPSS; Program & disseminate surveys in our self-service Qualtrics platform; Conduct literature reviews and environmental scans and synthesize findings; Create PowerPoint presentations that distill research into digestible format; Project manage research initiatives which include meetings and attendees.

QUALIFICATIONS: ? Majors: Marketing, Marketing Research, Business or Social Sciences; Strong research skills and have a desire/interest in healthcare ? Must be a student enrolled in an accredited college or university at either the junior or senior level (undergraduate or graduate level) ? GPA 3.25 or above ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills ? Must be able to work independently to accomplish assigned tasks ? Experience using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and the Internet
