The Clinical Nurse (CN) is an RN who provides hands-on care to patients in an outpatient Oncology Nurse-led Clinic, practicing in an evidence-based manner and within the Scope of Practice of the California Nursing Practice Act.

Requirements

? California Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure required.
? Basic Life Support certification required.
? Oncology Nursing Society Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy certification required within 3 months.
? Ability to communicate effectively in English.
? Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
? Ability to manage rapidly changing situations.
? Experience in patient education and coaching.
? Physical ability to perform nursing duties, including lifting and bending.
