We are seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant (Fractional VP of Sales) to help us build and optimize our inbound sales process. We already have outbound prospecting handled and now we need an expert to create a structured, repeatable system for inbound leads, closing deals, and transitioning clients smoothly to our project management team.

We are a digital marketing agency specializing in nonprofits, associations, and mission-driven organizations. Our services include web design, branding, digital strategy, and advertising.

We are growing rapidly and need a scalable sales system to ensure inbound leads are managed effectively, deals are closed efficiently, and project handoffs are seamless.

What We Need You to Do:

? Build & Document Our Sales Process: Develop a structured system for handling inbound leads, tracking interactions, and closing deals.

? Create a Sales Playbook: Define messaging, objections, and step-by-step workflows for consistency.

? Define & Implement KPIs: Set clear goals for sales performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency.

? Optimize CRM (Monday.com): Ensure our CRM workflow supports an efficient sales pipeline.

? Assist in Hiring a Sales Closer: Help identify and onboard the right sales talent to own inbound sales long-term.

? Close Initial Deals: Handle inbound sales during the setup phase to refine the process before handing it over.

Ideal Candidate:

? Experienced Sales Consultant or Fractional VP of Sales with a track record of building sales teams & processes.

? Familiar with digital marketing services (web design, branding, social media, etc.).

? Hands-on Closer?not just strategy, but willing to handle calls and close deals.

? Proficient in CRM tools (Monday.com preferred) and sales automation.

? Understands B2B Sales and how to nurture inbound leads effectively.

? Strong communicator who can create sales documentation and training materials.

Project Details:

?? Budget: Open to proposals (Hourly or Fixed-Price Contract)

?? Timeframe: Initial contract for 3-6 months with potential for ongoing work

? Commitment: Estimated 10-15 hours per week
