What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Oversee a remote team navigating multiple technologies in a Call Center environment
? Lead and manage a metrics-driven team while promoting business results

? Resolve customer escalations and document account activities thoroughly
? Empower teams to take ownership of customer interactions with respect and empathy

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Must reside within approximately 15 miles of the employer's specified community center
? Safe and noise-free work environment in your residence
? High School diploma or GED required
? Minimum of 2 years of customer interaction or customer support experience
? 5 or more years of direct management experience with demonstrated ability to develop and motivate teams

? Bachelor's Degree preferred
