Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with reservations, ticketing, and flight modifications.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications in customer service or travel preferred.

Prior experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality is a plus.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems).
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
