Job Summary

Magnite, Inc. is seeking a proactive Online Chat Support Representative to assist clients, publishers, and advertisers through real-time chat support. This role involves responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience on our advertising platform.

Key Responsibilities

? Provide live chat support to clients, addressing inquiries about Magnite?s digital advertising platform.

? Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions.

? Assist advertisers and publishers with account setup, billing, and campaign management.

? Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.

? Maintain accurate records of interactions and solutions provided.

? Ensure a positive customer experience by providing prompt and professional support.

Requirements

? Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.

? Previous experience in customer support, online chat, or a similar role preferred.

? Basic understanding of digital advertising or a willingness to learn.

? Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

? Proficiency in using customer service platforms and CRM tools is a plus.
