? Great communicator via telephone and email. The selected candidate will be the first point of customer contact for the company.
? Great problem-solving and customer relationship building skills are a must.
? Great with technology. Must be a good typist and be able to learn new systems and function well in a paperless environment.
? Great organizer. Must be able to prioritize detailed tasks and work with multiple clients for scheduling and other customer questions.
? Candidates should be self-motivated and able to work solo as well as with a team.
? Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
? Must be looking for a long-term and stable work environment with a successful company.
? Must be reliable during work hours.
? This is a work from home position, but candidates must live in Greater Philadelphia area (PA, NJ or DE).
? Hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
