Software QA Specialist

We are seeking a Software QA Lead for our operations in Grand Rapids, MI. If you have experience managing projects and leading a team and expertise in software testing then you are asked to apply to this position. Primary responsibilities: • Coordinating teams to develop test cases, data, and scenarios. • Managing test execution across multiple project teams. • Embracing Agile/SCRUM and DevOps methodologies. • Owning testing deliverables and ensuring they meet quality expectations and requirements. • Continuously improving testing standards and best practices. Knowledge and skill requirements: • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Three (3+) or more years of leading large scale software testing projects required. • Project management experience. • Communication and collaboration skills. • Attention to detail.
