This is a contract remote role for a Real Estate Buyers Agent and Administrative Assistant. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for handling day-to-day real estate transactions, representing clients, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service to buyers and assisting with any other administrative work.

- Flexible schedule 15-20 hrs/ week
- Live around the Salt Lake Valley or north of Utah County with reliable transportation
- Oraganized and familiar with Excel spreadsheets
- Understanding how to create, edit and post on social media
- Willing and able to act as a Buyers Agent and show homes when needed
- Take inbound calls and leads when needed
- Make outbound calls when needed
- Assist with Listings and Open Houses when needed
- Assist with any other administrative duties to help succeed with the real estate business.
- Pay will be hourly commissions based on experience
Qualifications:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge and understanding how to create, edit and post on social media
Knowledge and organized wuth Excel spreadsheets
Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
Experience in property sales and client representation
Ability to work independently and remotely
Customer service and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in real estate technology and software
Real Estate License required**

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
