Personal Assistant to C-Level Single Mom (Remote, Part-Time, 5 Hours/Week)
Posted 2025-03-14I am seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support my professional and personal responsibilities. As a single parent with a demanding executive role in education leadership, I need someone who can efficiently handle scheduling, research, booking, and administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly. This person will have access to personal information and will need to be someone who is excited to be a problem solver, 10 steps ahead and holistically supportive with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities might include but not limited to:
Manage and coordinate personal and professional calendars, appointments, and meetings
Research and book travel, accommodations, and dog sitting services
Organize and track deadlines for work projects and personal commitments
Maintain organized records and documentation
Research and schedule therapy and doctor?s appointments for myself and my children
Handle logistics for cheer competitions, including travel and event scheduling
Provide reminders and ensure preparedness for upcoming tasks
Communicate and coordinate with service providers, schools, and vendors
Anticipate needs and proactively offer solutions to streamline workload
Requirements:
Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
Proficiency in scheduling tools, task management apps, and document organization
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting executives or individuals with demanding schedules
Background in education, administration, or project management is a plus
Comfortable with remote work and responsive to time-sensitive tasks
Hours & Compensation:
Approximately 5 hours per week with some flexibility
Fully remote role
