Overview:
In addition to customer service, the Customer Service Specialist assists the sales floor with customer follow-up, such as scheduling deliveries, checking on purchase orders, and conducting stock checks. This individual also supports inventory processes, including functions like unaccounted research, receiving, shipping, and will calls.
Take ownership of customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and efficient manner:
? Ensure prompt and effective execution of transactions, such as processing new orders, returns, or exchanges.
? Follow a consultative approach while interacting with each customer, to understand their specific requirements.
? As an assistant, one of your responsibilities is to support the Sales Specialists by offering customer follow-up, scheduling deliveries, reconciling purchase orders, and conducting stock checks.
? Receive calls and create shipping invoices for customers.
? When it comes to daily deposit entry, it involves the recording of all the deposits made during the day, ensuring they are properly accounted for and reconciled against the actual funds.
? Ensure the Customer Service work center remains consistently organized.
? I specialize in providing assistance with inventory processes, which includes reconciling various reports such as research reports that cannot be accounted for. Basic Qualifications: ? A high school diploma or equivalency certificate is a requirement for many careers and higher education opportunities ? A minimum of 12 months of experience as a customer service representative or in a retail sales role
Preferred Qualifications: ? Applicants who possess an Associate degree or higher in a relevant field such as business management will be considered
