Requirements: ? Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred. ? Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication. ? Strong office skills including data entry and familiarity with computer systems. ? Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. ? Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with customers. ? A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
