Baca Consulting Group is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: ? Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries ? Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests ? Provide information about products and services ? Resolve customer complaints and issues ? Document all call information according to standard operating procedures ? Meet or exceed call center metrics such as call quality and resolution time

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Prior experience in a call center or customer service role ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written ? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment ? Strong problem-solving skills ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
