Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will assist clients with daily activities, personal care, and ensure their well-being. Duties: - Provide personal care including, baths, oral hygiene, shampoos, and changing bed linen. - Complete charting in Wellsky within 48 hours of visit. - Assist patients with dressing and undressing. - Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises. - Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs. - Provide skin care to prevent breakdown. - Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment. - Assist in feeding the patient, if necessary. - Report on patient’s condition and significant changes to the assigned nurse. Skills: - Experience in home care, senior care, dementia care, catheter care, or hospice care - Ability to maintain medical records and document patient progress accurately - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical information - Proficient in meal preparation and following dietary guidelines - Strong communication skills and empathy towards clients and their families Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to enhancing the quality of life for those in need. Qalification for Certified Nurse Assistant /HHA - A valid Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of Texas. - Nurse aide training/competency eval program approved by the state of Texas and listed in good standing on the Texas nurse aide registry - Certified Nurse Assistant current BLS/CPR Certification. - Valid TX Driver's License and auto insurance. - Excel at building rapport with patients and providing the highest quality of care - At least one year experience as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, or long-term care facility.
