Entry-Level Bilingual Office Assistant (Remote – Real Estate Media) Location: Remote (Preference for candidates located in or familiar with Southeast Florida) Job Type: Full-time (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM; Sat 9 AM–2 PM) | Part-time considered Pay: $14.00/hour Job Summary: We are a fast-paced Real Estate Photography & Media Company based in Miami, FL, seeking a highly organized, bilingual (English/Spanish) Entry-Level Office Assistant to join our team. This remote position involves managing daily office tasks, coordinating photo sessions, handling media delivery, supporting client communications and marketing efforts. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about real estate and visual media, this is a great opportunity to grow with us. Key Responsibilities: Media Review & Delivery • Review photo/video files for quality and accuracy • Coordinate edits with editors, including visual feedback • Organize and upload finalized content to platforms and clouds. • Send emails and text messages to clients Scheduling & Client Coordination • Confirm and schedule with clients and photographers upcoming photo sessions • Handle rescheduling, reminders, and updates Client Communications & Admin • Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries promptly • Send invoices, payment reminders, and track outstanding balances • Add and update client details in CRM • Follow up post shoots with clients • Maintain accurate job logs and delivery records Lead Generation & CRM Tasks • Prospect new clients daily, add and track leads in CRM Social Media & Marketing • Post to Instagram and Facebook, by creating engaging captions and visual content • Respond to DMs, comments, and build audience engagement • Assist with email marketing Reporting & Organization • Maintain sales reports, cost tracking and invoices • Help with basic accounting admin (Quickbooks) Requirements: • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) • High School diploma, GED, or some College • Highly organized and self-motivated • Comfortable with remote work. • Familiar with tools like Google Drive, Excel, CRM platforms • Available to work some Saturdays • Tech-savvy and eager to learn real estate workflows Preferred Experience: • 1 year of customer service experience • Experience with social media content creation or marketing • Basic graphic design or video editing a plus • Local geographical knowledge of South Florida Learn about us: Instagram & Facebook: @FLrephoto / FLREphoto.com Apply now to become part of a dynamic, creative team and grow your skills in a real estate media business making an impact across Florida!
