- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Current SIE and Series 6 licenses are highly recommended prior to hire; however, hired associates will have 120 days from the date of hire to obtain these licenses.
